The tablet market has been booming lately, with several smartphone OEMs stepping into the market with their own tablets across various price segments. The newest player in the market is iQOO, which launched its iQOO Pad last year in China. Now, the company is gearing up for the launch of its successor, the iQOO Pad2.
The iQOO Pad2 and iQOO Pad2 Pro are set to launch on May 31st in China, marking a year since the debut of the original iQOO Pad. Unlike last year, there is a possibility of these tablets launching in India this time around. We can confirm some of the key specs from the official posters (in Chinese).
The iQOO Pad2 will feature a 12.1-inch LCD display with a resolution of 1968 x 2800 pixels and a 144 Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset and will come in several configurations: 8 GB RAM with 128 GB storage, 8 GB RAM with 256 GB storage, and 12 GB RAM with 512 GB storage.

Additionally, the iQOO Pad2 will have a 10,000 mAh battery with 44W fast charging, an 8 MP rear camera for scanning documents, and a 5 MP selfie camera for video calls.
The iQOO Pad2 Pro will have a larger 13.1-inch display with a resolution of 2064 x 3096 pixels and a 144 Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by the latest Dimensity 9300+ chipset and will also offer a higher capacity 11,500 mAh battery with 66W fast charging support.
The Pad2 Pro will be available with up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage, featuring a 13 MP single rear camera and an 8 MP selfie camera for video calls.
iQOO is also launching keyboard and stylus accessories for these tablets. A full size folio keyboard with a trackpad and a smart pen for writing and drawing.
