iQOO 9 Series specs surface online: Read on to read the complete details

iQOO has been on a roll over the past year. It was only yesterday that the company launched iQOO Neo 5s and iQOO Neo 5 SE in China and now it seems another launch is not that far either. Reports claim that the company is going to launch the iQOO 9 series in early 2022 for the China market. The range will feature 2 variants- iQOO 9 and iQOO 9 Pro like the previous series.

IQOO 9 Series Expected specs

Tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo

Tipster Digital Chat Station took to Weibo to leak some deets about the iQOO 9 series of smartphones. According to them, the iQOO 9 Pro will have the same display as its predecessor that is a 6.78-inch curved edge AMOLED panel with Quad HD+ resolution.

The regular iQOO 9 might have a 6.78-inch flat AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution. Both the variants might come with a Samsung E5 screen, punch-hole in the middle, and a 120Hz refresh rate.

iQOO 9 Pro expected design

The smartphones are said to have a second-gen Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset and feature two pressure-sensitive shoulder buttons for gaming on the sides. Previous rumors claimed that iQOO 9 Pro would have a 4700mAh battery and both the devices will have 120W fast charging. The Pro variant will have a micro-gimbal PTZ camera and heat dissipation.
