Vivo’s Developer Conference kicked off today in China, and one of the very first announcements came in the form of a product teaser. The company gave us a sneak peek at the upcoming iQOO 13, which is set to launch later this month. The phone will be powered by Origin OS 5.0 and debut the latest BOE Q10 display.
Mighty New Display on the iQOO 13
The iQOO 13 will be the first smartphone to feature BOE’s latest Q10 luminous material. This Q10 light-emitting material is claimed to offer breakthrough advances in brightness, color accuracy, and power efficiency while increasing the panel’s lifespan.

BOE claims its new Q10 panel offers a 12.5% increase in global peak brightness, a 50% reduction in color deviation, and a 10% reduction in power consumption. The Q10 panel is also said to offer a 33% boost in lifespan compared to previous-generation BOE panels.


The iQOO 13 is rumored to come with a 6.7-inch flat LTPO AMOLED panel with 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The display size and specs are similar to the last-generation model, except for the new display tech from BOE.

iQOO 13 Specifications (Expected)
While the complete specs of the iQOO 13 are still under wraps, leaked specs hint at a pretty powerful package. This includes a 6.7-inch 2K flat LTPO AMOLED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. In terms of optics, we may see a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultrawide, and a 50MP telephoto lens. Furthermore, the phone is rumored to be powered by a large 6,150mAh battery with 100W fast charging support.
