Indian smartphone company Intex launched the successor to its Aqua Amaze smartphone, called the Aqua Amaze+ on Tuesday. The budget phone comes in three color variants (Black, Blue, and Grey) and is available for purchase from all Intex retail stores.

Featuring a 4.7-inch HD display, the phone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC9832A SoC coupled with 1GB RAM.
Along with that, the Aqua Amaze+ packs a modest 2000mAh battery and features an inbuilt storage space of 8GB which can be further extended to a maximum of 64GB via a microSD card.
As far as the optics are concerned, the latest offering from Intex sports 5MP cameras on its rear as well as front, both of which are paired with LED flash.
Along with that, the phone features the Indian company’s very own Value Added Services (VAS) aimed at enhancing the functionality of the same.

Furthermore, the Aqua Amaze+ comes replete with a range of pre-loaded apps, such as GamePlay that reportedly improves the quality of video games and VdioPlay that offers the users free access to premium and high-quality videos.
As mentioned before, the phone is currently out in the market and can be bought from the company’s retail stores. It comes in three colors and keeping in mind the kind of users it is catering to, it has been priced at Rs. 6,290.
