After much anticipation, Hero MotoCorp, the world’s leading two-wheeler manufacturer, has unveiled the highly awaited new Karizma, signaling the revival of this iconic motorcycle. The company has been teasing about the launch of the motorcycle for quite a long and finally today the wraps were taken off to unveil the most awaited Karizma XMR 210. Hero is determined to reverse its fortunes by resurrecting the iconic Karizma brand. Read through to know more details about the price, booking, and features of the bike.

Hero Karizma XMR 210 Price in India

Named the Karizma XMR 210, the company has introduced its flagship motorcycle at an initial price of Rs 1.72 lakh (ex-showroom). Following this introductory period, the motorcycle will be priced at Rs 1.82 lakh (ex-showroom). Hero is presenting the Karizma XMR 210 with a selection of three captivating color options.

Reimagining the landscape of premium fully-faired motorcycles in India, the Karizma XMR 210 stands as a testament to Hero MotoCorp’s commitment. Booking channels open today, and the commencement of deliveries is just around the corner. The charismatic Bollywood star, Hrithik Roshan, graced the launch event and proudly represents the brand as its ambassador. Alongside the striking Iconic Yellow, enthusiasts can explore additional captivating color choices, including Turbo Red and Matte Phantom Black.

Hero Karizma XMR 210  Specifications and Features

Hero has meticulously crafted the Karizma XMR 210 from the ground up, incorporating an entirely new framework, a fresh and innovative design, and a newly engineered powerplant, complete with cutting-edge features. When it comes to aesthetics, the XMR 210 boasts a contemporary yet distinctly sporty appearance, characterized by sleek lines that accentuate its full fairing and well-proportioned physique.

The motorcycle exhibits a muscular fuel tank, state-of-the-art full LED lighting with integrated LED DRLs, a Bluetooth-enabled fully digital dashboard that offers segment-first turn-by-turn navigation updates, clip-on handlebars, an adjustable windscreen, split seating, an upswept exhaust and tail section, and several other enhancements.

The Karizma XMR 210 comes equipped with an array of Bluetooth connectivity features, including notification alerts, turn-by-turn navigation, and more. Hero has also made significant strides in terms of the motorcycle’s components and hardware. It’s worth noting that the New Karizma XMR 210 represents Hero’s most advanced powertrain setup to date.

The Karizma XMR 210 boasts a series of notable firsts within the Hero lineup. It proudly introduces the first DOHC (Double Overhead Camshaft) setup on any Hero motorcycle, a pioneering liquid-coolinzg system, the distinction of being the first to feature Dual-channel ABS, a groundbreaking slip and assist clutch, a cutting-edge 6-speed gearbox, and the distinction of having a wider rear tire, among other advancements. In alignment with Hero’s other motorcycles equipped with a 4-valve head, the Karizma XMR 210 also incorporates this advanced technology.

Karizma XMR 210 Powertrain

Hero has introduced an innovative powerplant for the Karizma XMR 210, marking a significant milestone as it’s their first-ever liquid-cooled engine. This engine features a 4-valve DOHC cylinder head design, delivering a robust performance of 25.15 bhp at 9,250 rpm for maximum power and a peak torque of 20.4 Nm at 7,250 rpm. The power is efficiently transmitted through a 6-speed gearbox, further improved by the presence of a slipper clutch for smoother gear shifts.
