Question: How is Google Pixel 2 design?

Answer: Google has made a few cosmetic changes in design if you compare the Pixel 2 XL with the original Pixel XL. The Pixel 2 design is more refined and glossy. It has an Aluminum enclosure which is given a premium hybrid coating. Google is using a 3D Gorilla Glass 5 on the front and also on the rear side (the top portion) that lends the phone a distinctive look.

It has narrow bezels around the display which is flanked by dual front speakers. On the flip side, the Pixel 2 XL gets a slightly protruding rear camera with LED flash. Apart from the camera, there is fingerprint sensor and Google branding at the back.

The side rails that house nano-SIM tray (left), volume rocker and power button (right) are squeezable. The power button is painted in a contrasting hue that makes it stand out. Top edge is a clean slate while the bottom edge features a USB-type C port. All in all, its design may not be as alluring as the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and iPhone X, it is certainly far better than its predecessor.
