Domino’s fans rejoice as the pizza maker is now available on the Open Network for Digital Commerce. For those catching up, this is a platform that allows customers to order items for a lower commission rate. Hence, users can now order pizzas and other food items from Domino’s, using ONDC, at a lower rate than other aggregators like Zomato and Swiggy.

While writing this report, Domino’s outlets in Delhi-NCR are available on ONDC. In the future, the outlet should also be available on the platform in other cities. While ordering items from the chain on other aggregator platforms, customers have to pay extra prices as the chain itself manages the delivery.

This causes a rise in the overall prices of the item. However, ordering the item from ONDC should cost customers much less, especially since the platform doesn’t charge as much commission.
