CES 2016: LG introduces K series with K7 and K10 in Las Vegas

Even before the commencement of CES 2016 trade show, LG showcased its first two phones from K Series the K7 and K10. The K series aims to replace the L series phones which did good for LG in late 2014.

These two K-series phone have become the first phones to feature LG’s new glossy pebble design language – a contemporary, stylish look with a curved, modern finish design.

In terms of Specification, the LG K10 features a 5.3-inch HD display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. It comes in two region based variants with 4G LTE and 3G only connectivity. The LG K10 3G variant houses a 1.2 / 1.3 GHz quad-core SoC while the 4G LTE version is packed with an octa-core chipset ticking at 1.14GHz. Both variants of the smartphone run on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and offers dual SIM functionality.

LG K10 LTE version comes fitted with a 13.0-megapixel rear shooter, while at the back of 3G model one gets an 8.0-megapxiel primary shooter. LG is offering an 8.0-megapxiel or 5.0-megapxiel selfie shooter based on different markets. It comes with 1GB, 1.5GB, or 2GB memory, whereas the internal storage is either 8GB or 16GB. The smartphone packs a 2300mAh battery.

Further, the LG K7 features a 5-inch display with 854×480 pixels resolution, and it runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system. Under the hood of 4G variant features a 1.1GHz quad-core chipset, while the 3G variant enthralls on a 1.3GHz chipset. LG is yet to reveal the pricing and availability details of both LG K7 and K10.
