Qualcomm has launched Snapdragon 870 processor, which is a slight step up from the last-gen Snapdragon 865+ but doesn’t come even close to the top-end Snapdragon 888. So, you may consider it like SD865++. [हिंदी में पढ़ें]

It has got the same 7nm architecture and three-pronged design with one Cortex-A77 peak performance core at 3.2GHz, three Cortex-A77 CPU cores at 2.4GHz, and four Cortex-A55 efficiency cores at 1.8GHz clock speed. The main difference here as you’d noticed by now is a 100GHz bump in top core frequency.

Rest, it packs the same Snapdragon X55 5G Modem for 5G and the FastConnect 6800 Subsystem for Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity. Let’s see what else the new chip contains.
