Audi Q8 2024 Facelift Launched In India: Check Design Upgrades, Powertrain Details, And New Price Here

The German automaker Audi has launched the 2024 facelift version of its mid-size coupe SUV, the Audio Q8. While there are no changes under the hood, the luxury crossover ships with new HD Matrix LED headlights with laser assistance, L-shaped inserts on the front grille, and new OLED rear lights with design options. Beyond the cosmetic upgrades, the car retains its powertrain from the previous models, which includes a 3.0-liter V6 turbo-petrol engine (with a 48V mild-hybrid system).

The new facelift ships with some upgrades in its appearance. For instance, there’s a redesigned front face that features a blacked-out octagonal front grille. Then there are the sleeker Matrix LED headlights with integrated DRLs. The headlamps feature laser assistance for high beams and feature configurable light signatures.

Similarly, the tailmaps have been upgraded with a thin LED stripe that runs across the tailgate and OLED rear lights. Buyers can select light designs for the tail lamps and front lights. The coupe SUV comes with R21 alloy wheels (five-spoke design, highlighted brake calipers) in graphite gray color. However, besides a few elements, the exterior remains unchanged from that of the outgoing Audi Q8.

On the inside, buyers get new color options and slightly different stitching. Other than that, all the other elements remain the same, such as the twin MMI touchscreens, four-zone climate control, heated/ventilated seats, and so on. The 2024 facelift comes with third-party music streaming apps like Amazon Music and Spotify. While the head-up display remains the same, the driver assistance systems, such as a 360-degree surround view camera with Park Assist, stay the same.

Audi Q8 2024 Facelift Powertrain

As mentioned, the 2024 Audi Q8 features the same powertrain as the outgoing model. It has a 3.0-liter V6 turbo-petrol engine and a 48V mild-hybrid system. The hybrid powertrain produces 335 bhp of power and 500Nm of peak torque. For those wondering about the performance, the car can reach a 100 kmph in 5.6 seconds and has a top speed of 250 kmph. With the capable powertrain, the vehicle features an 8-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.

Audi Q8 2024 Facelift Price And Availability

When compared to the outgoing model, the facelift version costs Rs. 10 lakh more. The 2024 Audi Q8 costs Rs. 1.17 crore (ex-showroom). The on-road price of the vehicle can start from around Rs. 1.35 crore. To book the new Audi Q8, interest buyers can pay a token amount of Rs. 5 lakh at official dealerships (or the official website).
