A couple of months back Asus launched stock-Android running Zenfone Max Pro models in India in two different RAM and storage options. The 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage and 4GB RAM/64GB storage models were priced at Rs. 10,999 and Rs. 12,999, respectively. (हिंदी में पढ़े)
At the same stage, Asus also mentioned that a 6GB RAM/64GB storage Zenfone Max Pro M1 variant with upgraded rear and selfie cameras would be “coming soon”.
Well, the same has now been listed on Flipkart.
At the time of writing, the page is still under development but the description in source code reveals states 6GB RAM and 64GB storage. The page should be live and functional soon.
Asus Zenfone Max Pro 6GB RAM Variant Price and Availability
As Asus announced at the launch event couple of months back, the Zenfone Max Pro 6GB will be available in India for Rs. 14,999. It will retail exclusively on Flipkart.
The listing hints at the imminent launch of the 6GB RAM model. If you were planning to buy Zenfone Max Pro M1, you could consider waiting a couple of weeks more for the high-end model.
Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 Features.
The new variant will have 16MP camera sensors on both front and rear (compared to 13MP and 8MP on other two Zenfone Max Pro M1 variants). On the rear, there is an additional 5MP sensor for depth sensing as well. Over the last few updates, Asus has also fixed a lot that was wrong with the Zenfone Max Pro M1 camera and that makes M1 Pro a good proposition for online buyers.
The Max Pro M1 is powered by Snapdragon 636 octa-core chipset, which is the same mobile platform that powers its arch nemesis, the Redmi Note 5 Pro. The stock Android 8.1 Oreo software running on the phone is also one of its major strong points.
Other highlights include Dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5, 5-magnet speaker, NXP Smart Amp and a massive 5000mAh battery.
