Asus Zenfone Live L1 With 18:9 Display and Android Go Launched: Specifications and Features

Asus has reportedly added a new entry-level phone to its portfolio, dubbed as the Zenfone Live L1. And unlike other Asus budget phones, the latest one comes running on Android Oreo (Go Edition) aka Android Go.The Zenfone Live L1 is also the first of Android Go OS phones to sport an 18:9 full vision display.

Asus Zenfone Live L1 Features

The Zenfone Live L1 sports 5.5-inch HD+ (1440×720) display with 18:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by 1.4Ghz Snapdragon 425 SoC, paired with 1GB of RAM and 16GB storage space. The storage is expandable up to 2TB via microSD card.

For shutterbugs, the Asus Zenfone Live L1 primary camera boasts a 13-megapixel sensor with PDAF and LED flash. Whereas the 5-megapixel shooter secondary camera takes for selfies and video calling.

As mentioned above the Zenfone Live L1 runs on Android Go out of the box. However, it has another variant that runs Android Oreo-based Zen UI and includes 2GB of RAM. Both variants house 3000mAh battery.

Connectivity options on the ZenFone Live L1 include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a Micro-USB port with OTG support. Fingerprint sensor seems to be missing from the phone, but it has been replaced by Face Unlock.

Asus Zenfone Live L1 Price and Availability

We are yet to hear from Asus regarding Zenfone Live L1 availability, but it is said to debut in the Indonesian market first. Its price is expected to be around IDR 1.5 million (roughly Rs. 7,200). The phone will be available in Rose Pink, Midnight Black, White, and Blue color options.
