Asus has unveiled a new set of gaming laptops and a desktop under its ROG Scar, ROG Strix, and TUF lineups in India. The new ROG gaming laptop models include Strix Scar G15, Strix Scar G17, Strix G15, Strix G17, and TUF A15. The desktop model is ROG Strix GA35.
Asus ROG Strix Scar G15 and ROG Strix G15 Features
The two Asus ROG Strix Scar G15 and Strix G15 sport a 15.6-inch FHD display with a refresh rate of 300Hz and a 1920x1080p resolution. The WQHD versions offer 2560x1440p resolution, 165Hz refresh rate, and 100% DCI-P3 color space.

The laptops are powered by AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX or AMD Ryzen 7 5800H chipsets coupled with two GPU options of NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070. The Strix Scar G15 can be configured with up to 64GB DDR4 RAM and up to 2TB SSD storage. While the Scar G15 offers up to 32GB DDR4 RAM and up to 1TB SSD storage.
For powering both G15 models, there is a 90Whr battery supporting 100W fast charging via Type C port. Wireless connectivity option includes Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0. Meanwhile, for physical connectivity, the laptops offer three USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C with DisplayPort 1.4, an RJ-45 Ethernet, an HDMI port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The ROG Strix Scar G15 comes with an optical-mechanical keyboard and RGB lighting strips while the Scar G15 lacks it. The devices offer Windows 10 Pro and Windows 10 Home options.
Asus ROG Strix Scar G17 and ROG Strix G17 Features
The Strix Scar G17 and ROG Strix G17 get bigger 17.3-inch FHD displays with 300Hz refresh rates and 1920x1080p resolutions. The WQHD versions of the G17-series possess similar screen features to the G15-lineups.
The Strix and non-Strix G17 Asus laptops are equipped with AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX or AMD Ryzen 7 5800H processors with GPU, RAM, and storage options similar to the G15-series. The laptops have a 90Whr battery and ship supported by 100W fast charging. Connectivity options remain the same.

Asus TUF A15 Laptop Features
The Asus TUF A15 sports a 15.6-inch Full-HD IPS display with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 144Hz. The laptop is powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H processor assisted by NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 GPU, up to 32GB DDR4 RAM, and up to 1TB SSD storage.
The TUF A15 boasts a 90Whr battery without fast charge support. It has a single-zone RGB backlit keyboard. The connectivity option remains standard similar to Strix-series laptops.
Asus ROG Strix GA35 Desktop Features
The latest Asus ROG Strix GA35 offers you to choose between AMD Ryzen R9 5900X and AMD Ryzen R7 5800X processors. The CPU is supported by NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 or NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 GPUs, up to 32GB DDR4 RAM, 1TB SSD, and up to 2TB HDD storage.
At the front, the Strix GA35 has two USB3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, two USB3.2 Gen 1 Type C ports, and a microphone port. At the back, it has four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, three USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, a USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C port, an HDMI 2.0 port, a DisplayPort 1.2, and an audio jack. The CPU supports Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.1.

Asus ROG Gaming Laptops, Desktop Price and Availability
The top-in-line Scar Strix G15 starts at INR 1,54,990 while the Strix G15 is priced from INR 1,57,990. The Asus Scar Strix G17 will be available from starting price of INR 2,34,990 and the Strix G17 will sell from INR 1,50,990. The base version of TUF A15 will cost INR 1,03,990. The Asus GA35 desktop is priced at INR 1,99,990. The Asus laptops will be available from March 22 through major online and offline stores.
