android lollipop 5.1update released

The most eye-catching feature that comes along with this update is the security enhancement enabled by the Device Lock feature. It works in resemblance with iOS Activation Lock which prevents a lost mobile to be activated without the knowledge of the Apple account associated with the device. Other interesting new features for Lollipop include support for multiple SIM cards, a feature users in certain markets will definitely appreciate, and support for high-definition (HD) voice on compatible devices.

Initially the update will be available for Google’s flagship family devices, Nexus 6 and Nexus 9. Nexus 5, Nexus 7 and Nexus 10 will be getting the update for the starters and soon after them, other Nexus devices will get the access to the update build as official pictures of update in these devices have been spotted.
