Amazon held its annual fall launch event last night and during the event, the brand launched a plethora of hardware products including the New Kindle Scribe, Echo Dot speakers, Echo Studio, Echo Halo, New Fire TV Cube, and more. The new Fire TV Cube has arrived with new features and has already been announced for the Indian market. Check out everything you need to know about this new cube here.

New Fire TV Cube: Price & Availability

The new Amazon Fire TV Cube has been priced at Rs. 13,999 in India. The device will go on sale soon and for now, you can register to get notified as soon as the Fire TV Cube becomes available.

New Fire TV Cube: Features & Specs

The new Amazon Fire TV Cube is powered by a new 2.0GHz processor that is claimed to be 20% more powerful than the previous generation. The new Fire TV Cube comes with cinematic 4K Ultra HD content along with Dolby Vision, HDR, and Dolby Atmos support for audio.

The new Fire TV Cube comes with a Super Resolution Upscaling that converts HD content to 4K and improves the detail, contrast, and clarity of the display. The new streaming cube comes with WiFi 6 connectivity along with an Ethernet port. There is hands-free Alexa, offering the users ability to give voice commands. The new Fire TV Cube supports Audio Streaming for Hearing Aids (ASHA) which will allow consumers to directly connect to compatible Bluetooth hearing aids.

The newly launched Alexa Voice Remote Pro comes with a Remote Finder feature that helps customers find misplaced remotes easily. One has to say, “Alexa, find my remote”, or use the dedicated Remote Finder button in the Fire TV App and Alexa Voice Remote Pro’s built-in speaker will give a ring to attract their attention.

The new remote has 2 new customizable buttons that allow you to find your favorite content more quicker. Users can personalize the remote by programming these buttons to create one-touch shortcuts to favorite apps, channels, and anything Alexa can do. The remote has motion-activated backlit buttons that illuminate automatically when the remote is picked up in low-light settings. It is up for pre-order in India and costs Rs. 2499.
