Amazfit GTR 2 with 90+ Sports modes, 14-day battery life launched in India

Amazfit GTR 2 is finally available in India. There are two variants of it viz. Sport and Classic editions. The difference between the two is that the sport edition sports an aluminum alloy casing with a black leather strap, while the classic edition rocks a stainless steel casing with a black leather strap.

Although the GTS 2 and GTS 2 mini aren’t here yet, they are expected sooner than later. For now, take a look at what the GTR 2 has to offer.

Amazfit GTR 2 Highlights

On the front, there is a 1.39-inch AMOLED screen with 454×454 pixels and 326ppi pixel density, and 450nits peak brightness. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass 3 shield. Out of the box, it presents 8 pre-installed watch faces. You can download more from the official Amazfit store.

Inside, the watch bears a 471 mAh battery that claims 14 days of juice out of typical usage and 38 days with power saver mode. It can be topped back full in about 2.5 hours.

Amazfit has wedged in a slew of sensors, which includes heart rate, SpO2 OxygenBeats AI Engine, accelerometer, air pressure sensor, ambient light, and gyroscope. Further, there’s support for 90+ sports modes, PAI Health Assessment, 5ATM water resistance, among other things.

Amazfit GTR 2 Price and Availability

Amazfit GTR 2 Sports edition is priced at ₹12,999 while the Classic model costs ₹13,499. Both models will go on sale via Flipkart.
