Airtel has been trying its best for a long time to catch up with Jio. Now, the telco giant has started offering unlimited 5G data for both prepaid and postpaid 5G customers in most of the towns and metro cities. The best part about the same is that the Airtel 5G unlimited data offer is available at no extra cost, similar to Jio. Expectations are that both telcos will introduce 5G based recharge plans for postpaid and prepaid customers after the roll-out cycles are completed in India.

Coming back to the Airtel 5G unlimited data offer, users can get the same by visiting the Airtel Thanks application available for both Android and iOS on Google Play Store and Apple App Store, respectively. However, the offer is only accessible to users who have recharged their smartphones with any unlimited plan starting from Rs 239. The offer is also available for all postpaid users.

How to get Airtel Unlimited 5G data offer?

  • First things first, install the Airtel Thanks application on your phones based on Android or iOS and make a login with your Airtel number.
  • Now, open the application, and you will see an ‘unlimited 5G data banner’; just press on the claim now button to move forward.
  • Once you tap the claim now button, you will get a confirmation message for the same, and the 5G data will get activated on your number.

Note: One thing which you should keep in mind is that the unlimited 5G data will be available for you only if you live in a region where Airtel is offering 5G services. In addition, Make sure that your device also has 5G support, to begin with.
