Acer Swift 3 launched in India at INR 64,999

Acer has unveiled a new Swift 3 laptop in India under Intel’s Project Athena. The Intel program aims to certify laptops after rigorous testing for a consistent PC experience. Acer Swift 3 is believed to come with powerful functionalities.

Acer Swift 3 Features

The Acer Swift 3 comes in a lightweight and slim pattern while weighing 1.19 kg. The display size is 13.5-inch with a resolution of 2256×1504 pixels under its 3:2 QHD IPS screen. The panel can produce up to 400nits brightness, claims Acer. The webcam has been installed up at the top which offers up to 720p video quality.

The Swift 3 is powered by 10th generation Intel Core i5-1035G4 chipset paired with 8GB LPDDR4 RAM and 512GB SSD storage. It ships with modest Intel Iris Plus graphics which can handle the most tasks. 

Acer Swift 3 comes with a 56Wh battery said to last for up to 16 hours. However, the battery-run depends on the usage pattern. Also, the Acer laptop is supposed to get charged in 30 minutes to provide up to 4 hours of backup. Pretty impressive, isn’t it?

Connectivity option at the hardware includes USB Type-C, a USB 3.1 Gen 1, a USB 2.0, and an HDMI port. The wireless connection is taken care of with Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0. The Acer Swift 3 also has an embedded fingerprint scanner on the palm rest.

Acer Swift 3 Price and Availability

The Acer Swift 3 is priced at Rs 64,999 in the Indian market. There is only a Silver color option. The company will sell the laptop via its official website, Acer offline stores, and retail partners.
