Not worth a buy
I bought this air purifier not at all satisfied with its working. It was delivered, on the second day after Diwali, Initially I did not found very drastic air purification in the room which I was using. I still had the breathing issues. But 3 days after the installation a pungent smell coming out of it. I checked the filter but they were clean. I contacted the customer care of Live pure, forget about the issue, they did not even know the air purifier product existed. One more thing, the piece which got had LED issue as well. It changes it color quite frequently red to green, green to red.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago. It's a fairly simple machine, with a large circular filter in the base and a fan on top. The manual doesn't mention how it works, where the sensors are located, where the ioniser it apparently has is located, nothing, so everything is left to guess-work. The device has an LED lit ring which is supposed to glow red, green or blue depending on air quality but doesn't seem to be consistent. When you turn it on if it is blue and then turns red it stays red all night. Similarly sometimes it starts with blue and just stays blue indicating that the air is always perfect. Livpure technitians aren't really trained in these machines, and when I called someone to test it he only checked if the buttons worked, cleaned the already clean filter with a cloth and said it works. Had no way to verify if the actual PM 2.5 or other gases had reduced with use. Sometimes also gives out an odd synthetic smell when it runs for a long period of time, also something the company tech was unable to explain. Practically, I have noticed that I sleep better and wake up with a lesser stuffy throat in the morning, but that's the only indication I have that this does anything.
