Highly recommended
Happiness: Bought 1.5T inverter model and using it from almost a month now. Product is awesome, cools 180sqft room in 15 min and works perfectly like a good AC should do. Although, being 3 star bee rated, I feel it consume more amount of electricity than it should. Pain: installation folks who came were dud. They came 3 days after the date that was promised for installation by whirlpool. I felt they were doing it just for the sake if getting done with it and had no interest in quality work. They even managed to forgot installing all screws properly and now outdoor unit has one screw missing. They were so unprofessional that they forgot to carry the electrical tape and asked me to get one if I need them to do connections properly. No insulation wrapping done, no vacuum done during installation. Charged extra than what it was mentioned during the purchase. I have complained to whirlpool about this but seems they are not interested in consumer satisfaction. Whirlpool really needs to address the issue of quality service with their employees or contractors.

Awesome
Go for this ac, awasome product at this price. Pros: 1. Cools pretty well, cools my 11ft by 14 ft room within 5 to 10 minutes. 2. Energy efficient. 3. Air flow is is strong enough. 4. Noise level is low even at highest fan speed. 5. Design is standard, looks good. 6. Installation done by experienced personnel. 7. Vaccumming done during installation. 8. Flipkart's delivery was 2 days before expectation. Cons: 1. Remote does not have light, problems occur when you try to operate mid night. Though it have radium glowing buttons. 2. Remote's ir frequency is not that good. You have to aim properly towords the ac. 4. Remote settings is not available in mi remote app or any other ir remote apps. (Not whirlpool's fault though) 5. No 4 way swing. (Do not expect this in this price) 6. Installation was proper but costed me around ₹2900. Including stand, vaccumming, water pipe, wrapping tape. Overall it does what it is ment for.
