I live overseas and visit India often. Flipkart and the whole e-commerce business has been a blessing for me to find quality products. I have ordered many products from Flipkart and they have been delivered on time and they have been very prompt with installation. With that being said Flipkart needs to focus is quality of customer care at the call center. First of all the telephone prompts are annoying.... they seems too dramatic. They need to be very straight forward. Secondly call center executives may need more training on handling calls and complaints, you don't have to be subservient in your answers but be honest. Please listen to the customer than waiting to say what you want to say. If has customer has to repeat his concerns 3 different times and if you as a executive are sticking to your check list, it leads to a discontent. Please give authority to call center executives to schedule installations than telling customer that your problem will be solved in so many days, that answer leaves the customer in Limbo. I was assisted by Mr. Jashwanth from Bangalore who was very helpful in resolving the issues that I had with installation and when I had problems getting in touch with Customer service. I wish Flipkart all the best.... please focus on quality and provide necessary training to call center employee. Because a strong call center is the back bone of a company. If you are deficient in customer care then some other E Commerce Company will will take over, that is basic free market principle. Good luck
