1st up ... The Delivery : 5/5 On time and hassle free delivery. Considering that I ordered it during the covid situation and that too in Mumbai, I was a little sceptical abt Flipkart meeting the timelines. But they did , so kudos to them. The delivery person even helped it move inside the house despite of all the restrictions. Secondly... The installation. : 3.5/5 So I initially thought that the installation will be done by Jeeves, instead, it was the voltas engineers themselves who contacted me a day before installation. The product was delivered on Friday and was installed on a Monday. So they kept their timelines here too. The installation is a bit of a tricky part so here's what I did, I recorded a small video of the location where this needs to be installed and sent it to the installation engineer as I had certain preferences for the installation (needed a long wall mount stand instead of a default short one, couldn't get. Logistical issues and unavailability). The installation is a bit on the pricier side . They charged me somewhere around 1980/- which included a 10 feet drain pipe, 10 feet extra copper wire . Another 350 for insulation taping, ( the white taping of wires and pipes to conceal them) was not included in bill. I feel this needs to be taken care of. Thirdly... The product. : 4/5 Voltas tag line used to be ... "India ka AC". I'm not sure how much of it is made in India,but the box did mention made in chinchpokhli (Mumbai). Now the pros and cons. Pros.: 1.The refrigerant gas. R32 is a next gen diflouromethane gas that has less harmful affects on environment. 2. The noise is next to none. 3. Simplistic and minimalist design. I like them this way. 4. Quick chill with ambient temperature indicator ( a button on remote tells yountue ambient temperature of the room) 5. 3 star is good enough of you plan it to use for 4-6 hours a day. Not much of a difference when it comes to the energy efficiency comparison with a 5 star AC. Keep it at 24-25 degrees and you are good enough to feel the efficiency. Cons. : 1. No heater. 2. No wifi - considering the smart environment we live in today. 3. No auto mode - only dry( for dehumidifier) and cool mode. 4. Only turn off timer. On timer not included - for those who prefer to turn the AC back on after a certain inteval. 5. The remote... Which is a big letdown. A little less responsive. And a basic one. A few buttons just don't actually work. Guess they made a generic remote. Overall : Recommend . 4.5/5 Using it for almost 2 weeks now. The rains have arrived so.... The usage is a little less low .. but it's worth it.

I got this voltas AC in a very reasonable price of Rs29000. Cooling effect is very nice under this price segment. Cons :Design of AC is very average and looks lil bulky AC remote is also very big Installation charges of voltas are very high. I need to pay 8k extra for copper wire and Rs1500 service charge. Company give only 3 metre or 9 feet free wire only with ac. Overall product is ok for cooling and price.

Installation took 7k. Moreover I can't register the product in my voltas self care portal. There is some problem with the serial number. They are not detecting it.
