Horrible experience .....
Highly Disappointed with the product, not sure whether problem with Product or with installation. I bought product as its from TATA and i have full belief on them. I rarely used the AC , and now in this summer its not working . not sure whether its AC got leaked or other problem i raised complaint 2 months back and Technician checked and told everything is fine ...but after switching on the AC , first 5 minutes cool air flows then it stops ... and hot air starts flows. just imagine how it would be during this hot summer. Not sure whether the technician dont want to check the products carefully which are in warranty (As they wont get money , even then i am giving some bucks to them on every visit for their personal expenses) . And they don't want to take responsibility till warranty expires. and they are not reachable during this lockdown period I don't say product is bad , but i suggest please note down all the parameters like gas pressure so that you can make sure everything is fine.

After 3 months of use (10 hrs / day ) - Very fast cooling - noisy when starts - on auto mode (26-28 deg. Celsius) it has no sound - temperature display is very comfortable in night as remote does not have light. - cooling is great... my room size is 14X14 with additional 4X8 gallery.. - remote size is big and easy to use..

the product is good but installation ok but I faced the problem is the seller is raised wrong address for the installation I faced big problem instead of this. my address is in Nellore a.p but the installation address they gave at Delhi. I'm very disappointed with this service
