Don't buy this Chinese AC. You will loose money. They are fraud and will not provide aftersales service if you buy Onida Smart AC. Even this AC will not remain Smart after 3 or 4 months I am writing this review after using it 1 year and after being frustrated by calling customer care service 12 times in last three months. They don't do anything they just write your complaint and forget. I bought this AC because of Smart wifi functionality but the wifi stopped working after 3 months and Now its one year past my purchase but the aftersales services didn't solve the problem. So if you fall for wifi then you will be cheated by Onida because their chip sets are worst as well their aftersales service also worst in all companies. Over all its TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY
Did not meet expectations
Installation service from Flipkart is really bad. They promise to send someone for installation on next day but no one actually comes for weeks. Worst exp of flipkart being a Flipkart plus member is not worth it.
