I was on the lookout for something dirt cheap that would be used very rarely by relatives when they come visiting and hence settled on a 3 star unit. Got this unit for Rs 20999/ 10 days ago during the pre-Deepavali sale with just Rs 999/ as additional extra installation charges. Today the 28th of October 2019 it is available for Rs 19999/. All went well including the 15 minute vacuuming of the inner unit's copper tubing before opening the outer units refrigerant gas valve which is very very important for the long life of the AC. Pleasantly surprised with the two young boys who did a thorough job of the installation. The AC cools real good and is comparable to the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries unit in our main bedrooms at the ground floor. Though it is mentioned that it consumes 980 watts, it is consuming only 920 watts as per the Larsen and Tubro mains electricity meter. I hope it lasts at least 8 years. I wholeheartedly recommend this ac and will review it again after 1 year. Presently it is extremely silent in medium fan speed and the outdoor unit is more silent when compared to the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries AC unit. This AC cannot be trumped by another at this price range. I am re-reviewing it after 11 months today the 25th of September. I stick with my earlier review as this has served our household well. Cools very well and no hiccups as yet.

1st Technician(Khuram ) assigned he wasted my two days call me but not come because of this my family function spoiled.& my business work hours spoiled . This kind of technician spoiled the FlipKart brand name also. How can you full fill that and 3-4 time I contact to customer care but still no one call me back and not give me proper resolution. If I will not get proper resolution than I will never prefer Flipkart also not give preference to my friend circle . I need proper resolution & compensation.
