Avoid this Ac like Plague
Avoid this Ac Like Plague !! It is one of my worst purchase decisions . Flipkart is as usual fooling customers by pretending to sell things at a discount. I purchased the 3 star version of this AC . 1) Firstly, The description clearly stated that we will get 3 Mtrs of Copper wiring along with the Ac which was missing and Flipkart is not willing to take any accountability of the same . 2) Second when the installation guy came, which is outsourced by Flipkart to Jeeves, Let me tell you how the conversation went: The Copper Piping he wanted to sell to us at Rs.850 per Mtr, whereas the Flipkart website mentions clearly that the piping will be available at Rs. 600 a Mtr to which the fitting guy said that it is none of his concern.Also to top it all the Godrej Copper piping is available in the market at Rs. 300 a Mtr . So when we told him that we will get the Piping for you from our trusted source he outrightly said that if you purchase the piping from outside your warranty will be Null and Void. 3) He also said that one we have to pay him for installation, then we have to pay him for the Piping, and to top all of it we also have to pay him for the fitting( Which is new) 4) So basically as per Jeeves and Flipkart the Ac which was supposed to cost me 28000 is now working out to 38000 . 5) So basically after this we requested Flipkart that we will get the installation from our guy to when they held us at gunpoint and said that if we do that then the warranty will be Null and void. 6) Then we tried to return the product to which Flipkart outrightly refused , 7) Now for 38000 I could have bought a General, A Daikin or even bought a Voltas and still saved money . 8) The Likes of Flipkart have been fooling customers since time and again and believing that they give out great deals but what they do is lack transparency, and fool customers by hidden costs. The reason I am writing this review is because it is time for all the consumers to wake up and realise if they dont go to established Brands and continue to buy from the Likes of Flipkart they will only be at loosing end . Do the Math !

VERY BAD experience with Marq AC
NEVER BUY! Gas leak thrice in 2 seasons. In spite of extended warranty taken for 2 yeras, Flipkart agency M/S Jeeves takes 10-15 days to refill the gas. Terrible! All the reviews posted seem FAKE.
