The best decision to buy online.
I was quite skeptical regarding the seller (OmniTech Retail) looking at the reviews provided by customers. Did some research about the seller and read somewhere that customers generally tend to give a feedback only when they are unhappy with the product or service. I took this into consideration and ordered this AC risking my 35,000 rupees. I should tell you, this has to be the best AC buying experience ever & I saved around 5-6k comparing the best price I could get from the market. The AC was home delivered in 5 days and the installation was arranged for the very next day. The installation guys were from LG and had good knowledge of proper installation. I was charged only 500 rupees for the installation. The AC works fine, chills down my room in no time. Looking forward to save some energy in the meantime. You should probably go buying such expensive products online as they provide you good discount & the warranty & post sales services are provided only by Authorised Service Centres & not the dealer from whom you buy the Appliance. Do make sure you have the Service Centre of that particular brand in your city before buying. Cheers to Flipkart. PS. I am writing this review after using the AC rigorously for about 20 days.
