Buyers, before you purchase I'd like you to note the following so you may decide whether or not you want to make a purchase. 1. The main indoor unit, the actual AC blows air with high noise levels even at the lowest fan speed. It nearly sounds like an air cooler with a high fan speed. 2. It has ZERO features, not even a LED light on the console showing the machine is ON. Now, what's good? 1. Perfect cooling. I had it installed in the living room. It quickly cools an area more than 380 Sq.Ft. 2. You hardly find a 4 ? 2 Ton AC at this price. So if noise levels and having zero features isn't a big deal, this AC is for you. In short, the AC does what it is supposed to do. If you have just purchased this AC, cancel Jeeves installation right away and contact JCI HITACHI Customer Care for installation. Enjoy your summer!

The Product is Good, powerful, quiet cooling and a worth buy. I got it for Rs.30,280. Ac Model : Sugoi 4100S. For Installation : I didn't ask Jeeves for installation, I rather called Hitachi guys. The scheme of installation for Rs.500 is over now (this is what the Hitachi customer care executive told me). So their installation charge was rs.1550 + extra for stand, additional wire, etc. So I rather called a local guy, he charges rs.1000 for installation and rs.800 for stand. Same day installation for Rs.1800. Regarding the product, the ac is worth buying. Go for it if you are looking for a budget 4 star inverter ac. The cooling is quite good and my area is more 15*15. Yet, the ac is cooling it with ease. Thank you.

overall product is good but in terms of design I am little bit disappointed because it has no digital display and thanks to installation boys they are very polite. but ofcourse installation charges is not worth and it too high 1600/- . it should be free because customer already paid a big amount and if it is not possible , so installation range should be between 500/- to 1000/- maximum.
