I am writing mg review after 6 month's. The remote started showing issues...calling Diakin customer care is like calling deaf people. No one yet yet understood my problem. The remote shows all symbols on screen and now able to use it....I try possible key to ON the AC..reason the remote does not work as normal. I want remote replacement

I love flipkart and and am a long time customer. I have bought many products and appliances from.flipkart. But I am very dissatisfied with the recent purchase of this Daikin inverter 5 star 1.5 ton aircondioner. I ordered one model and got delivery of different model. But got it installed because Daikin technician said it has almost same features compared to model I had ordered. About the AC- Firstly ,the outdoor unit is very noisy. Compressor is rattling and outdoor unit is heating up making abnormal loud rattling noise in normal/ auto mode function itself. So never tried power chill mode maybe if I do the outdoor unit compressor may rattle and make more noise or heat up further. Wanted to give complaint but technician told to wait 2 or 3 days and see if problem persists then to lodge complaint. Other review after 4 days of use is the indoor unit deliveres somewhat cool air supposed to at 24 degrees only when set at 18 degrees. So you can imagine how bad the cooling is. Only one good thing is indoor unit works quietly no noise. Another disappointment is Indoor unit does not have any digital display except for sleep mode on orange led light display . It does not even indicate if outdoor unit is on or off. Have to go out and check if outdoor unit is on or off, that's stupid. My previous 15 yr old samsung ac had all the features of display and the outdoor unit on off feature showing in indoor unit, 15 yrs ago. No display of temperature on indoor unit. The remote has only basic function buttons and display does not turn off but stays on all the time, how stupid is that. Remote display is unreadable, except temperature display, can't read anything else need magnifying glass, lol. This AC is very costly compared to other brands with such less, poor and basic features. Won't recommended Diakin AC to anyone else. Wish I could exchange for another brand or another model with better features. Will talk to the customer care support for help and advice.
