1. Cooling of AC is beyond doubt. 2. Its energy efficient as well. 3. Installation guys (Hemant) were very rude and pathetic. He tried for making more and more money, once i disagreed for purchasing additional copper pipe and stand at his cost he did all Installation works roughly & casually. He was not agree of doing any work as per customer satisfaction and convenience. he didn't give demo and told that his responsibility is to fix indoor & outdoor unit not showing the performance of AC to customer. He was not carrying even enough tools. 4. Installation guy used 4 mtrs extra pipe apart from 3 mtrs given with the AC. Due to increased length pressure was not enough for cooling and AC was not cooling the room adequately, this guy dint tell anything about this issue. After lot of struggle i could get arranged the technician for performance checking. Lot of Thanks for technician Mr. Bunty Baghel who checked everything and told me real issues in cooling and big thanks to Gas filling guy Mr. Rama shankar for top up the gas. Overall guys For product: 4.7 star Its cooling : 4.5 star Energy efficiency: 4.2 star Installation: 1 star Focus of carrier on customer satisfaction : less than 0 star. # Carrier product is beyond doubt but Installation, demo, service, customer support portions are very poor and not acceptable.
