Just okay
Good ac but go for inverter ac as this one consumes a lot of power. The ac is small and it also works great good cooling but the only problem is it's response time is slow like 2seconds so we may have tendency to press the switch many times this may lead to change in settings, this is the only problem I faced using this carrier ac .The technicians were good and they fixed all great but took a lot of time. The ac is great it cools fast for small rooms.

Let me give a breakdown of the rating service wise: 1) The Air conditioner itself: 5/5 Has got good cooling capacity. Cools the room in 20-30 minutes to the set temperature. 2) The design: 4/5 : Could have a larger display instead of LED Display that shows just the temperature. Outer unit is beautiful but very large as compared to some other brands. It does make comparatively more noise. 3) Installation 4/5 : The installation guys installed it to one corner even after repeatedly telling them to place it in the centre. But then later they were able to explain the reason for doing that: they did it for reducing the distance to improve the efficiency. The installation was done nicely and the Representatives were knowledgeable. Just the thing is, they took 4 days to come and install it. 4) Delivery 2/5 : It took 13 days for delivery. The delivery was scheduled on 22nd October and they won't ship it any day earlier. RECEIVED it on 23rd October. 5) Remote 3/5 : The remote is very simple and lacks functionality like Eco Mode, Gear, etc. There is no horizontal swing. Must say the the English in the manual is poor: There are a lot of grammatical mistakes in it.
