Xolo has today launched the second smartphone in its online exclusive Black series, Dubbed as the Xolo Black 1X. The new Xolo phone brandishes 3GB RAM and 32GB expandable storage, which makes it a very enticing smartphone for spec-junkies. The 3GB RAM thing for budget price has been done before. We recently saw Coolpad Note 3 and Intex Cloud Swift beat Xolo in this odd race, so yeah, its understandable if that doesn’t make your jaw drop. Xolo Black 1X however, has plenty more in its arsenal. There is fiber glass on front and rear side and leather finish on top and bottom. The octa core MT66753 chipset clocked at 1.3GHz will do all the heavy lifting and handle 1080 X 1920 pixels rendered on the 5 Inch display. On the rear side there is a 13MP Samsung 3M2 sensor rear sensor with LED flash and PDAF. On the front, there is a 5MP front-facing camera also with LED flash. Other features include 4G LTE/ 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and a 2400mAh battery. Xolo Black 1X assimilates marketing glossary pretty well and lays down powerful specs in an attractive package. On paper, there is a lot to like but we would still like to see how well the MT6753 handles the full HD resolution and how harsh it is on the modest 2400 mAh battery.
