It is lightweight, pocket friendly, comfortable to hold and Samsung's TouchWiz interface makes it easy to use which will suit first time smartphone users who are likely to be drawn to this handset.

Unfortunately the Samsung Galaxy Y does have its downfalls, from the small screen that makes browsing the web or watching video a less than enjoyable experience to the poor keyboard which had us pressing more wrong keys than right.

There isn’t much that piqued our interest while handling the Samsung Galaxy Y, but it is a decent low-end Android handset from a brand name manufacturer. With the patterned silvery back cover and mirrored front we can even say it’s a looker, which usually evades handsets at this price point.

cheap and best mobile with android gingerbread.

Recently I Buyed The Galaxy Y it is a good phone with a great processor for Android but the RAM is less and the screen and the camera quality is too low Samsung must take care about screen and Camera of this phone otherwise it is a good Phone :)

this is the worst mobile i ever seen  because .., 1. hang up for ever call 2. very slow in internet streaming 3.battery life hardly 3 hours  - whether using or not it discharges automatically within three hours. 4. no use of camera as thier is no minimum quality

Its must buy phone but when internet is on, battery life is poor then...

in this phone all the features are covered like touch,wifi,3g nice for a middle class people
