User Reviews
very bad
very very bad performance
Real user review after 6 months of use.
A real user update about the Pocket Neo I've been using since November 2013. If you are looking for amazing specs you won't be interested. If you are looking for decent performance for regular use, it's good. 1- The phone lags after about 2 months of use. It also hangs sometimes (thrice so far). It runs fine with timely formatting. Not ideal for playing games like Fruit Frenzy or Temple Run even. 2MP cam can take only blurred photos. I didn't list these as a con as you it is good enough considering the price. It supports almost all applications though. 2- There are enough keys and widget options to customize everything such that you have it all in a swipe and touch. You have multiple ways to get to the settings. 3- The touchscreen type is capacitive and responds perfectly well. 4- Battery life- Seems like the only major issue with this phone. You have to charge it every night with average to low use. If you play games even for 20 minutes and listen to music for an hour, and keep texting, the charge drops to critical in about 10 hours. (That too with 2G net and single SIM.) 5- Design. Screen is decent enough (unless you are used to 5") and the phone fits in your palm well. Light sleek. 6- Volume is good compared to that of Samsung phones and loud enough with earphones. However, the earphones that come with the set is absolutely basic and ill-designed. Get your own in-the-ear earphones. 7- Durability- The handset is a hardy one. I dropped it about 5 times and there was no trouble in the software. However, the rims tend to get scratched and tapered. Looks old that way. 8- Dual SIM is indeed active. Didn't use 3G data on the phone yet. Overall, everything is good to average apart from the battery life. I have no regret buying this. It costs around INR 6000 at land stores that too without microSD card. Flipkart has it much cheaper. Rating it 4 for decent performance.
