This is a decent Nokia budget handset, providing a reasonable set of features for the price. Apart from its Xpress-On cover routine, it's quite standard-issue functionality with little wow-factor.

Nevertheless, the materials used for the make, remind us of the low class that the phone belongs to. While we'd genuinely like to say that the Nokia 7310 Supernova has brought back exchangeable covers with a bang, that would be a lie. The number pad looks rather tacky to me despite its shiny silver reflectiveness and it feels a bit plasticky under the fingers, but the action is solid and the keys themselves are large. Tapping out numbers and SMS messages was easy. The D-pad comprises a thin silver frame that surrounds a large select button.
