lg p698 has 3g.i own lgp698 myself.its a great phone.i think its better than samsung android phones at the same price level.

A nice dual-sim mobile
If you are looking for a Android Dual-Sim phone under 10k, this is definitely worth a look.
- Decent display (HVGA); text looks sharp enough
- 512MB RAM
- Supports 3G for both SIMs
- DivX VOD to play DRM'd media
- Comes with bloatware
- Slow to respond while ending calls
- Low internal storage (160MB)
- ARMv6 architecture means some apps can't be run (Firefox, Temple Run, etc)

Good set of features at an affordable price. Fairly fast processing speed.
- Nice clear screen.
- Reasonably good auto-focus camera.
- Battery heats up with 30 minutes of GPS usage.
- Sometimes, one of the 2 SIMS go offline by itself.
- Battery life is poor.
