LeEco (formally known as LeTv) has finally made it to India with two of its important products from its wide portfolio. The company has officially launched its flagship Le Max and powerful Le 1S in India which will be a Flipkart exclusive. Last October Le 1S landed in Mainland China and now company has chosen India as the first foreign destination for Le 1S. Here’s a quick review of Le 1S based on the specification, features and price in India.
LeEco's first phone in India - Le 1S boasts off some impressive specification which could give Goosebumps to its competitors due to its competitive pricing. Barring external storage other tiny flaws Le 1S has lots of good things to offer.
The Le 1S comes out of the box powered by a 64-bit MediaTek Helio X10 clocked at 2.2GHz and accompanied by Power VR 6200 GPU and 3GB of RAM. It features a metal body design with chamfered edges which makes it stand-out amongst all the phones priced in the same range. The fingerprint scanner at the back is shielded with 6D glass which gets a silver color coating on top. The phone lacks a microSD card slot and only comes with 32 GB of internal storage.
For shutterbugs, Le 1S flaunts a 13-megapixel primary camera at the back and 5-megapixel wide-angle sensor and 500 nits brightness for better selfies. On the connectivity front, the Le 1s supports 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.1 and Wi-fi. It runs on LeEco’s EUI which is based on Android 5.1 Lollipop and company has promised Marshmallow upgrade in coming months.
Currently, registration for the phone is on Flipkart. One thing is certain now. With the launch of Lenovo K4 Note, Le 1S and the upcoming launch of Xiaomi Note 3 things are certainly going to heat-up in budget segment under Rs. 12,000. LeEco's decision to aggressively price Le 1S for India will definitely send jitters to competitors. Le 1S price in India is Rs. 10,999.

Fair phone
This for isn't perfect but I can say it's good for the price, I would categorically say it's had to find a phone with all this functionality at this price range, I got my hand on one so I have a good experience. Gets hot truly, battery life not good but not extremely poor, fast charging, no phone dark theme except app dark theme, you also hardly find a suiting pouch
