My wife got this model recently at Mysore. The Messaging service is on one way traffic.While outgoings are fine.Incomings are not delivered into the inbox.surprisingly if the Battery is removed and refitted every time the stored incoming messages drop into the inbox.No much of dealers dealing with this in Tamilnadu ,we have not be able to get any help to rectify it. The toll free numbers like in any other case is a Jantar Mantar where you get in ,do not reach where you want and do not know how to get out.
