Hyve recently debuted in hyper-competitive Indian market with two handsets - Buzz and Storm. The USP of Hyve Storm is its promise of after sales support services. The company will provide a 1-year warranty, 1-year insurance, pick and drop service and an IVR free call center support for grievance redressal. Hyve Storm is a bit hard to recommend at this point of time, not unless we have more assurances regarding the implementation of after sales support policy.
