Poor battery life
I purchased the Acer Aspire 5 laptop on Sunday the 3rd of July 2022 around 6pm. I have noticed the battery drains much faster. I called customer and was asked to visit the store. The store is asking me to leave the laptop for a week as the service center will assess it I will be without a laptop. I was veet specific about my requirements during the purchase. Have a horrible experience with a Dell laptop which was finally returned for a full refund. This Croma experience seems to be worse. Really disappointed with such a big brand with such pathetic after sales service. I paid for a working laptop not this piece of junk. 1st Acer purchase is a nightmare. Lesson learnt.
