However, according to reliable tipster @UniverseIce, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 will weigh 239 grams, bringing it into the league of lightweight foldable smartphones. For instance, the OnePlus Open weighs up to 245 grams, while the recently-released Vivo X Fold 3 weighs 219 grams, making it one of the lightest foldables. The tipster writes in a post on X (previously known as Twitter) that the “Galaxy Z Fold 6 weighs 239g and finally reaches the first tier level. It weighs the same as the Voyager Black OnePlus Open.”

Further, the tipster has also shared some information about the Z Fold 6’s dimensions. He states that the upcoming foldable has an “unfolded thickness of 5.6mm, [and] a folded thickness of 12.1mm.” This makes the Z Fold 6 significantly thinner than the Galaxy Z Fold 5, which has a thickness of 13.4mm when folded and 6.1mm when unfolded.
