Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition spotted on TENAA

Realme GT 2 Master Explorer is the next high-end flagship smartphone from realme that is reportedly powered by Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 SoC. Last month, the phone was spotted on China’s 3C body and it is highly speculated to debut in July. Cut to now, the phone has been spotted on TENAA further emphasizing its imminent launch.

Realme GT 2 Master Explorer spotted on TENAA

According to the TENAA certification, the phone carrying the RMX3551 model number has been spotted. It is speculated to be Realme GT 2 Master Explorer up for its launch next month. The listing showcased some of the key specs as well as the photos showing the front and back of the device.

Talking about the photos as seen on TENAA, you can see a triple camera setup at the back with a giant camera bump. The primary sensor is almost twice the other two modules on the rear panel. There are little details that you can decipher when checking on the phone from the front. The power button is on the right while the volume rockers are on the left.

Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Specifications (Expected)

When it comes to the specifications, Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition packs in a 6.7-inch AMOLED FHD+ panel with a punch-hole cut-out at the front housing the front camera. The display has a 120Hz refresh rate.

Moving on, we have the processor and it’s Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 clocked at a whopping 3.2GHz. It is paired with 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB while the RAM storages are at 6GB, 8GB, and 12GB. The software onboard GT 2 Master Edition is an Android 12-powered Realme UI 3.0. As per the various reports that we have sourced, Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition will get a 50MP primary, a 50MP secondary snapper, and a 2MP auxiliary sensor at the back. The front gets a 16MP selfie shooter.

There are some speculations about the battery tech as well. One set of reports suggests a 4,800mAh battery paired with 150W charging while another set mentions a 5,000mAh battery with 100W charging tech. The dimensions that Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition will bring is a 161.3 x 74.3 x 8.2mnm with around 199 grams of weight.
