OnePlus Re-enters sub Rs 30,000 segment with Nord

OnePlus Nord is now official and with his launch OnePlus makes a comeback to under Rs 30,000 segment. OnePlus started as a flagship killer brand with OnePlus One priced under Rs 30K and the last phone that was priced in the same segment was OnePlus 3T. The ‘Never Settle’ brand is confident that the Nord will do justice to what consumers expect of OnePlus.

OnePlus Nord Features: Everything you should know before buying

  • OnePlus Nord display is a 6.44-inch FHD+ Fluid AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate and 20:9 aspect ratio.
  • OnePlus Nord is driven by Snapdragon 765G with 5G support. It also has support for NavIC which is India’s own navigation system.
  • Interestingly, it is now the cheapest 5G Phone in India.
  • It comes in two varints: 8GB LPDDR4X RAM + 128GB UFS 2.1 storage and 6GB LPDDR 4X RAM + 256GB UFS 2.1 stroage option.
  • In September, OnePlus will also bring a 6GB RAM + 64GB ROM variant which will be exclusive for India.
  • Gray Onyx and Blue Marble are the color options that one gets to choose from.
  • The OnePlus Nord rear optics includes 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 primary sensor with an f/1.75 lens and OIS + 8MP ultra-wide angle + 2MP macro sensor and a 5MP depth sensor.
  • For selfies, it has 32MP Sony IMX616 primary sensor and 8MP ultra-wide sensor.
  • Nord has 4,115mAh battery with USB Type-C based Warp Charge 30T fast charging.

OnePlus Nord price, offers, availability

  • OnePlus Nord upcoming 6GB RAM + 64GB variant is priced at Rs 24,999 but for this one have to wait till September.
  • Retail price for other two OnePlus Nord variants i.e. 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage is Rs 27,999 and Rs 29,999 respectivly.
  • Amazon and OnePlus’ official website is the place to buy the Nord phone.
  • OnePlus Nord first sale will be held on August 4.
  • OnePlus Nord offers – Rs 2,000 instant discount on American Express Cards.

Apart from new smartphone, OnePlus also introduced its first-ever TWS -OnePlus Buds in India. These new earbuds have 13mm drivers and will retail for Rs 4,990 in the country.
