OnePlus has officially revealed that it is going to launch a new smartphone, the OnePlus 10T, in India. As per the announcement, the device will release in India on August 3.

We were the first ones to break the news that the T series is coming back. It is going to be a flagship device with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. The company is going to revamp the T series with this smartphone as there was no OnePlus 9T last year.

OnePlus 10T is expected to get some minor upgrades as compared to the OnePlus 10 Pro, which made its India debut in March. It has also been said that the handset will be optimized to consume less power while delivering high performance.

Another speculation is that the brand will also announce the Oxygen OS 13 on the launch day of the OnePlus 10T. As for the Oxygen OS 13, it will offer a smoother and faster experience without occupying a lot of memory. The OS will also have an enhancement related to gaming and connectivity performance. The stable rollout of the OnePlus 10T will start with the OnePlus 10 Pro.

The OnePlus 10T could look identical to the Pro variant. The rear camera system of the phone will have three sensors and Hasselblad branding. However, the fans who love the old-school OnePlus vibe are most likely to get disappointed as there will be no alert slider this time.

The smartphone may get a 6.7-inch LTPO 2.0 E4 AMOLED display along with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will have 12GB RAM paired with 256GB internal storage. The handset’s triple rear camera system will have a 50MP primary shooter, 16MP ultra wide-angle shooter, and a 2MP macro shooter.

Rumours have it that the smartphone could get a 4800mAh battery along with 150W fast charging support. The pricing and other details of the smartphone are still under the wraps. We will get to know more about the smartphone as soon as the launch date inches closer.
