Jeep the company which is known for offering a plethora of rugged car lineups in the Indian and global markets has finally launched its most awaited Jeep Wrangler 2024 revamped variants. The newly launched off-roading SUV arrives with some significant changes in terms of design and features. The 2024 Wrangler lineup arrive with top-of-the-line features like gigantic infotainment system, powerful engine, 17-inch Alloys and a lot more among the others.
Jeep Wrangler Range India Price
The legendary Jeep Wrangler, an automotive icon renowned for its adventurous lifestyle appeal, receives a series of updates for 2024, enhancing its allure even further. The Wrangler Unlimited now comes with a price tag of Rs. 67.65 lakh, while the rugged and off-road focused Wrangler Rubicon is priced slightly higher at Rs. 71.65 lakh (ex-showroom).
Both the Wrangler Unlimited and Rubicon models offer customers a choice of five stunning color options: Black, Granite Crystal, Firecracker Red, Bright White, and an exciting addition of Sarge Green. Setting the Rubicon apart, it features distinctive badges and stickers throughout, distinguishing it from the Unlimited variant. Bookings for both models have commenced, with deliveries slated to commence in mid-May, allowing enthusiasts to embark on their off-road adventures in style and sophistication.
Jeep Wrangler Design
In a nod to its iconic design, the Wrangler now features a seven-slat grille with a textured black finish, adding a touch of rugged sophistication. The bumper receives a stylish update, enhancing the vehicle’s overall aesthetic appeal. Additionally, the Wrangler Unlimited boasts 18-inch alloy wheels, while the Rubicon model sports 17-inch alloys, ensuring both style and performance on any terrain. Notably, both variants are equipped with a Gorilla Glass windshield, providing exceptional scratch resistance, and an integrated antenna for added durability during off-road adventures.
Interior, Infotainment System and Features
The Wrangler Unlimited and Rubicon models undergo interior updates, including a subtle revision to the dashboard layout. The AC vents now feature a sleeker design, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal. Notably, a new 12.3-inch infotainment screen is introduced, offering wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto functionality for seamless connectivity while on the move. Both the Wrangler Unlimited and Rubicon models retain the powerful GME 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo petrol engine, delivering an impressive 268 bhp of peak power at 5,250 rpm and 400 Nm of maximum torque at 3,000 rpm. Paired with an 8-speed automatic torque converter, this engine ensures smooth and responsive performance in any driving conditions. Additionally, both variants come standard with Jeep’s Selec-Trac 4WD+low range system, providing exceptional traction and control for off-road adventures.
