Very bad product. I purchased it, not complete 1 year yet. But so many issues in this. I complaint 2 time. 1st last April (wash motor not working) 2nd may (now dryer motor not working) What a product of MarQ by flipkart

Only a washer, dryer not going to help you a little
Dear MarQ by flipkart, I am really disappointed by your product. Besides the quality of the material used, the product is having a serious technical problem with the dryer, that dryer is not able to balance even a single cloth. Every time i need to use the dryer, i have to fold the wet cloth and place in the dryer and then keep trying 5-6 times. It is really a irritating thing. I reported the problem to the flipkart, the company person visited to my home simply said that this is how it is, the cloths need to placed quite properly. Even the serviceman was not able to place a single dry small cloth properly so as to balance the dryer. Do you call it a normal washing machine? How irritating it can be to keep drying 5 cloths for an hour. Further It makes a heavy sound like machine going to burst. every time dryer doesnot balance and it hit the walls around it I have purchased the product on the brand value of flipkart, and what i received it completely mess. This product is certainly denting the image of flipkart, do unsponsor MarQ as early as possible.
